Start of the quest: conversation with Professor Fig

The thirty-fourth story mission begins with a visit to Professor Figo. During the conversation, you will tell him about Ranrock’s drilling machines and that Lodgok was acquainted with Miriam. In addition, you will reveal the location of the third Trial.

Fig has already prepared a Polyjuice Potion with Professor Black’s sample — the prudent wizard kept it in case of unforeseen circumstances. Drink the potion and take on the appearance of the headmaster.

Now your goal is to find out the password to the headmaster’s office from a house elf named Scroop. Fig advises you to talk to Madam Kogave: she is constantly trying to persuade Scroop to help restore Quidditch and surely knows where to find him.
Meeting with Madame Kogava

After leaving Fig’s office, you will encounter Professor Sharp, who will briefly stop you for a conversation. After that, head to the bridge between the Great Hall and the Library Annex.

Madame Kogawa is waiting for you on the bridge. She will tell you that Scroup is hiding in the Great Hall.
The Way to the Great Hall

In the hallway outside the Great Hall, Professor Weasley will intercept you. She will express concern about Fig and the adventures of “that fifth-year student.” Reassure her that there is nothing to worry about and continue on your way.
Obtaining a password from Scroup

Scroop is standing at the lectern next to a huge Christmas tree. Start a conversation with the elf.
Scroop will remind you that you swore not to reveal the password to anyone. However, if you are persistent enough, he will let it slip: the password is related to the Black family motto.

Return to normal appearance

Once you have the password, climb the stairs on the left side of the Great Hall. Find the folding screens in the corner and interact with them to restore your normal appearance.
